Deep has over two decades of rich experience in the services sector largely into team building and P&L Management. Deep is a science graduate and has a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing. In his career, Deep has worked with some of the largest services firms in the industry and has experience in multiple geographies including Far East, Asia and the Americas.
In his early career, Deep worked in IT and Management consulting companies. He worked extensively with customers in the BFSI vertical. His work experience spans India, Singapore, Australia and the US. He was head of Asia Pacific for a US based NASDAQ listed company in the 90s. He was part of the management team of a $180M company when the entrepreneurial bug caught up with him. Functionally, he has led Sales teams and strategic sales organizations with the charter of acquiring new customers. He has handled P&L responsibilities in multiple roles in his career.
Deep has been a star performer with responsibilities of P&L management, customer and revenue acquisitions and organizational leadership. Deep has specifically built his reputation as a leader with high degree of Customer Relationship orientation, ‘Quality of Revenue’ focus, a Large deal outlook and an astute P&L leadership.
In the last couple of years Deep has been an entrepreneur and has founded two other ventures prior to forming Trinau. His business interests are in the space of Executive Search, Information Technology, Health and Wellness.
Deep’s passions include golf, running and photography.
