Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 15+ Years of sales experience in M&IS industry selling, IT solutions, Outsourcing, BPO etc.
Technical/Functional Skills : Creates and qualifies new sales opportunities
Identifies new customer needs/ business/ technology trends for potential offerings
Closes deals through a balanced negotiation on sizing, costing and pricing
Actions as per the commitments given to clients to ensure Experience Certainty
Designs the opportunity/bid win strategies
Ensures delivery of value messaging through competitive sales messaging
Takes responsibilities of large bids as assigned.
Experience Required Acquiring new clients (hunting) and selling IT solutions, Outsourcing, BPO etc.
Roles & Responsibilities : Achieves TCV (~$10-15M/Year) & Pipeline Targets (~$100M qualified pipeline) through Demand Creation
Achieves targets for realizable revenue commitments
Maintains high win rate for qualified opportunities
Exceeds minimum approved profitability for bids
Converts target prospects into Clients
Achieves Go-to-Market Offering Campaign targets
Conducts relevant customer research to understand the prospects / clients organization and its executives in details
